Gerard F. Pignato
Mr. Pignato, who is originally from upstate New York, is a founding partner and shareholder at Pignato & Cooper, P.C. He has been a trial lawyer in Oklahoma City since 1985, and is the senior partner at the firm. He has achieved from Martindale-Hubbell the rating of “AV” – which is the highest rating awarded in terms of skill, integrity, and ethics. Mr. Pignato has tried countless jury cases in both state and federal courts across the state, and lectures locally and nationally on insurance topics, with particular emphasis in the area of bad faith litigation and coverage disputes.
